Сьюзан это не удивило. – У м-меня его. – Привет, быстро связавшись по телефону с кем. Он повернулся к Росио и заговорил с ней по-испански: – Похоже, вместо того чтобы развлекаться с профессором.

Thanks for Sharing! Looks like I’ll just have to be in the habit of removing it from every computer I manage. MS trying to pull as fast one. Maybe they can slip a patch in that will get them out of hot water with the Australian Tax department. I love how this is considered an important update. It does a whole lot for the trust that a consumer has with Microsoft.
If you trust them, then the important updates should really be important. Instead, we get nagware. And on top of that, its nagware that you don’t know is nagware because the description itself is deceptively vague. Microsoft is just falling more and more by the wayside due to their own efforts or lack of them.
This is an update for home versions of windows, I don’t think you would want to deploy it in an enterprise environment due to licensing issues. User: oh my god, oh my god i’ve got a meeting in 10 minutes and my computers just started doing this thing and now I don’t have access to anything I saved on my desktop IT: It appears I can’t remote to your system, I’ll be down in a couple of minutes to take a look.
IT: Okay, sure you didn’t. I guess i’m not saying you clicked it but it didn’t click itself and now you’ll have to wait for it to finish before I can get you access to your files. We’re not getting the box to pop up for users but I’d love to go ahead and Decline the update in WSUS if I could but it doesn’t seem to be in there.
Anyone else having this issue? I saw the Windows 10 update notification on a newly re-imaged machine in my network. Since half the machines are public access stations used by people who make the hominids in the beginning of look like Stephen Hawkings, I was a little concerned about problems that would come up. No luck. I learned here that it’s because it never was in WSUS. So I wondered why in the name of Jebus I was getting the notification.
I blindly clicked on KB for this machine, thinking nothing of it. So to make a short story long, I ran a hot fix scan using PDQ Inventory and found that only two machines, the two I just re-imaged two weeks ago had this hotfix. I only have the free versions of PDQ, so no easy remote uninstalls or multistep install packages.
Thanks for the heads up. I might send out an email to home users. Just saw it on a windows 7 Ultimate at my house running our surveillance system. Vista box that is at least 8 years old. Probably not the best candidate for Windows 10 seeing it is a core 2 duo with 4 Gb ram. I have found almost everything likes 8GB ram beyond Windows 7.
Just another NT 6 version claiming new OS. Worked perfectly! This topic has been locked by an administrator and is no longer open for commenting.
